Am afraid God will punish me that’s why I don’t do profane songs.- Akwaboah

Akwaboah Jnr has said that he is conscious of his choice of words as far his music is concerned knowing that he will be accountable to God for every word.

In an interview, the ‘Hye Me Bo’ hitmaker humbly shared that he consciously sift his songs and try as much as possible to produce songs that influence the society positively.

He admitted that he does love song but he doesn’t include profane and graphical words about sex and other malicious acts.

He said:

I am very conscious of what I write because one day when God asks me why did you use that word, I will not be found wanting. I always want to do songs that will influence society positively. I have told myself never to use any profane words in my songs, never

Akwaboah has carved a reputable name for himself as a great highlife musician and songwriter. Although he does romantic and love songs, he always ensures that his songs are clean.

He has also done a couple of gospel songs that Ghanaians enjoy. His album had a worship medley and just a few days ago, he released a new gospel song.
